1. About the app
NDT Live AI is an internal Windows desktop application (Python, PySide6) used only by staff of Nam Duong Thinh JSC to run livestreams on our own Shopee shops. It is not offered to other sellers or to the public.
- Reads the comments of our own live session so the host does not miss buyer questions.
- Suggests a reply; a staff member reviews it and clicks to post it as the shop.
- Adds products of our own shop to the live session and pins the product that matches the video currently playing in the broadcasting software (OBS) on our computer.

2. Workflow
Every write action (posting a comment, pinning a product) is either approved by a staff member or limited to products of our own shop. Access tokens are stored only on the company computer running the app.
3. Shopee APIs used
Only the v2.livestream module:

Plus the standard Shopee Open Platform shop authorization (OAuth) to obtain the shop's access token. No order, payment, buyer or chat APIs are used.
4. Read-only demo
A read-only demo with fake sample data (no real buyers, no real products, no connection to Shopee or to our systems) is available behind a login provided to the Shopee reviewer.
5. Privacy Policy
- No buyer personal data is collected or stored. Comments are shown on screen during the live session to help the host reply. The app does not save buyer names, user IDs, phone numbers, addresses or comment history to any database or file, and does not share them with third parties.
- The app only accesses data of shops owned by Nam Duong Thinh JSC that have authorized it.
- Shop access tokens are kept only on the company computer that runs the app and are never published or sent to other parties. Authorization can be revoked at any time from Shopee.
- Data is used only to operate our own livestreams, not for advertising, profiling or resale.
